The canvas for this painting was furnished by Friends Of The Naples Art Museum for me to paint and then return the painted canvas to them.  I was asked early last summer by the committee to participate with 299 other artists across the nation for the Naples Art Museum fund raising gala to be held early Spring, 2011.  The painting is due back to the committee by January 10, 2011 so it looks like I will make it.
